    1 pound (480 g) fresh spinach, finely chopped

    1 14 oz (420 ml) can of  quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

    1/3 cup finely chopped yellow onions

    3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

    1 8 oz (240 g)  package of cream cheese, cubed

    1 cup (250 ml) sour cream

    2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    Instructions

    In a 6-quart (6 L) slow cooker, combine all ingredients.

    Mix well.
